As Head of Digital Experience, I expertly managed a diverse team of 13, including copywriters, UX designers, art directors, project managers, and web developers, to create and maintain top-funnel landing experiences for IBM. My leadership encompassed overseeing website upgrades, conducting performance testing, implementing strategies to boost web traffic and subscribers, troubleshooting issues, and swiftly responding to security breaches. I ensured brand strategy alignment through content audits, briefed the team on requirements, managed assets, and developed wireframes while providing iterative feedback based on data insights, A/B testing, and re-strategizing to continuously optimize our digital presence.
